At Reer Endz Underwear, we want you to feel as good as you look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear that has been opened or tried on cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached and that your request is within 30 days of purchase.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided shipping label, then drop the package off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
